Brown & Brown of Lehigh Valley is proud to announce the appointment of Lisa Bellis as a Certified Praesidium Guardian™ and the rollout of our exclusive RAAMP it Up!™ Abuse Prevention Program. Lisa, senior vice president, risk management & loss control services, completed an intensive workshop with Praesidium in November 2020, where she developed the RAAMP it Up!™ program as part of her final Impact Project with Praesidium.
This program, based upon resources provided by abuse prevention specialists at Praesidium, is designed to dovetail our services with theirs, through gathering information and examining an organization’s current abuse prevention practices. Based upon the assessment results, Brown & Brown, in partnership with Praesidium, will develop actionable items designed to strengthen identified areas of weakness. This program involves on-going progress checks and accountability.
“Praesidium is proud of Lisa and her contributions to enhancing the culture of safety for customers at Brown & Brown of Lehigh Valley through the creation of a process to gather customers’ abuse prevention practices and subsequently deliver an action plan for the next steps. We look forward to her continued growth as a Certified Praesidium Guardian,” stated Candace Collins, director of strategic alliances, Praesidum.
Mat Burt, president, Brown & Brown Lehigh Valley, said, “The Certified Praesidium Guardian designation acquired by Lisa Bellis will help us better serve our clients and the Youth Services Community. Lisa and our teams are dedicated to serving and educating these groups and their most vulnerable populations.”
Brown & Brown and Praesidium are proud to congratulate Lisa on her accomplishments and recognize her achievement as a Certified Praesidium Guardian.
